Symptoms

When attempting to import a user layout n Visualizer, the following error occurs and the application closes.

Error.UnableToResolveUnknownService;
message: Unable to resolve resolution root Primavera.Venus.DataRepository.Interfaces.IUserSessionRepository
  from container without scope
 with Rules with {TrackingDisposableTransients, UseDynamicRegistrationsAsFallbackOnly, FuncAndLazyWithoutRegistration, SelectLastRegisteredFactory} and without {ThrowOnRegisteringDisposableTransient, UseFastExpressionCompilerIfPlatformSupported}
 with DefaultReuse=Singleton {Lifespan=1000}
 with FactorySelector=SelectLastRegisteredFactory
 with Made={FactoryMethod=<custom>, PropertiesAndFields=<custom>, ParameterSelector=<custom>}
Where no service registrations found
  and no dynamic registrations found in 1 of Rules.DynamicServiceProviders
  and nothing found in 0 of Rules.UnknownServiceResolvers
