On : 12.2.1.4 version, General issues

How to increase timeout?

The following error shows in soa log:
Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://xxxx:7777/service" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Read timed out after 60sec.

Under WLS console->Environment->Servers-><SOA Server>->configuration-> Server Start, the timeout are set as:

-DHTTPClient.socket.readTimeout=120000 -DHTTPClient.socket.connectionTimeout=120000

these values did not take effect.
