Why There Is No Error Message When Trying To Reschedule A Started Activity Using REST API BulkUpdate Method? (Doc ID 2986163.1)

Goal

When trying to update the "date" of an Started activity using bulkUpdate, I receive no errors and activity is not rescheduled to the new date.

For instance, if activity "12345" has status "Started" and date is set to 2023-10-28 and I run the following bulkUpdate:

Checking the activity itself, it will remain scheduled for 2023-10-28 and yet, there is no error message saying that the reschedule failed.
