Employee Vacation And Delegation Rules Report Doesn't Fetch All Active Rules For Certain Date Filters (Doc ID 2986233.1)

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the scheduled process titled “Employee Vacation and Delegation Rules Report,” the dates are not returning the rules if the date range begins any day after the first day of vacation.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To get the vacation rule if in the date range provided  there are active rules

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Set a vacation rule from 10/2/2023 through 10/10/2023
  2. Run the report with date filters as 10/3/2023 through 10/15/2023, the rule set above is not listed and it should based on Oracle’s documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/23c/oapro/review-employee-vacation-and-delegation-rules.html#u30226981), the "All" Rule Status parameter should be including all active and inactive vacations, which is the parameter being used.
  3. Run the report with date filters as 10/2/2023 through 10/15/2023 and the rule set in step 1 is listed.
