Symptoms

The RPLAPPRV_JOB is terminating with an error due to the ord_approval_error_cross_ref table has no data in it: "...~RET-0105: generic stored procedure error~... ord_approval_error_cross_ref., order_no = XXXXXX".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the RPLAPPRV_JOB batch.
2. See the error.
