Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

When trying to integrate the OCI Application Performance Monitoring with OCCS, the "OCI-APM" option is not visible in the Oracle Integrations dropdown on the Admin UI > Settings > Oracle Integrations Page. 

Changes

Upgraded from a version below 21.4.4 to a version above 21.4.4. For example, the environment upgraded from 21.4.2 -> 21.4.8 skipping 21.4.4.
