Goal

Evaluate Group Membership process do not Refresh all the HCM Groups.

The Evaluate Group Membership process was enhanced to support refreshing all HCM groups at once. It also allows refreshing group membership for a given person. If the Group field is left blank, the process refreshes all HCM groups which are enabled "Include in Refresh All Groups Process" option.

Ran this process but some of the HCM groups are not refreshed. Refresh Status is 'Never run' and Last Refresh Date is blank.
