HIST_ZIP_FILE_UNLOAD_JOB Failure Due to Previously Processed File (Doc ID 2986608.1)

Symptoms

The HIST_ZIP_FILE_UNLOAD_JOB is failing on an old file named "RAP_DATA_HIST.zip.5000YYYMM" (for example) instead of processing the new files that were uploaded to Object Storage with name like "RAP_DATA_HIST.zip.2000YYYMM".

Because the old file is not in Object Storage Prefix ris/incoming anymore, the HIST_ZIP_FILE_UNLOAD_JOB-#####.log shows:

### 10-11-2023_23:36:19 histzipunload.ksh: FILE RAP_DATA_HIST.zip.500012023 NOT PRESENT. Nothing to Process. ###
