Discrepancy in BCE Volume After Balance Roll Forward for Day1 Compared to Day0 (Doc ID 2986654.1)

When querying for the BCE volume by date using dashboard analysis, it is observed that the volume for Mar 1st (Day1) is different than Feb 8th (Day0), while Mar2nd (Day2) and Mar 3rd (Day3) are the same.
Roll forward balance remains consistent for March 2nd and 3rd, matching February 28th.
This is unexpected since data is only available for Feb28th, and the volume should have remained the same for each date.

Day0: Feb 28th - Record Count: 100000
Day1: Mar 01st - Record Count: 80000
Day2: Mar 2nd - Record Count: 100000
Day3: Mar 3rd - Record Count: 100000
