Seeded Project Capital Cost Report Not Rendering The Correct Details (Doc ID 2986830.1)

Goal

Not able to view the seeded Project capital cost report as expected.

If filter the report based on the project number, there are multiple lines and amounts that are also not correct.
When running the report without filters, it is giving error as :"Exceeded configured maximum number of allowed input records."
