Unable To Move Order Release into Existing Ground Schedule Shipments

Symptoms
An error is thrown when we try to Move order to existing shipment. We are facing this issue only for Ground schedule shipments and not the regular one's.
Also Order movement "plan from" and "plan to" location match with the Shipment stops, but still we receive this error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ground schedule shipment is created for stops A to B.
2. Order Release is created with Plan From and To location as "A to B".
3. When assigning the order release to shipment, system is checking the source and destination location alone.
