ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 23D, "Request a New Position" and "Request a Position Change" options are missing from Workforce Structures

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

My client Groups > Workforce Structures > "Request a New Position" and "Request a Position Change" should be visible
