"Empty Groups are Hidden.." When Displaying View When There Is Data in Groupings (Doc ID 2987206.1)

Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
When applying a view to the Projects page, the following message is seen even if no filters are applied:

Empty Groups are Hidden
The view you are using is configured to hide groups with no data.
The data you are viewing contains only empty groups.
Do you want to switch off the Hide if empty option to see the empty groups?

When the user clicks 'No', the data shows up, grouped correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Log into P6 Web.
  2. Projects view.
  3. Apply view and clear filters. Message appears.
