Goal
RTV Head EXT_REF_NO is augmented with a prefix when sent to INVC_HEAD
EXT_REF_NO needs to be consistent between RTV_HEAD and INVC_HEAD as these are keys to the invoice that need to be matched.
RTV_HEAD.EXT_REF_NO: 9465774000
INVC_HEAD.EXT_REF_NO: REF#9465774000
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create/ship any RTV using RTV WS with any value in the external reference number.
2. Run POM batch
3. Review EXT_REF_NO on RTV_HEAD and INVC_HEAD and notice that REF# prefix has been added on INVC_HEAD.EXT_REF_NO
