Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to add contract terms, there are no contract terms templates available from the drop-down.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user is expected to see contract terms templates available when adding contract terms to a contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a contract.
2. Select the Contract Terms tab.
3. Click on Add Contract Terms.
4. In the Add Contract Terms pop-up, select the Contract Terms Template.
5. Observe that no contract terms templates are available to be added.
