OTM Spot Bid Tender Screen Shows the Tender Offer Status as WITHDRAWN After Awarding Bid To Service Provider (Doc ID 2987582.1)

Symptoms

In OTM, when a Spot Bid is Awarded to a Servprov, on the 'Spot Bid Tender' screenset result, Tender Offer Status changed to SECURE RESOURCES_WITHDRAWN for all entries against all service providers including the Awarded one.
Expectation is, the record against the awarded service provider, the Tender Offer Status should not be set as SECURE RESOURCES_WITHDRAWN.
