New feature View Purchase Orders as a Requester Using a Deep Link not working as mentioned in release document:

The user reported that after adding below privileges is still unable to access this feature:
View Requisition - All (POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV)
View Purchase Order as Procurement Requester (PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_ORDER_AS_PROCUREMENT_REQUESTER_PRIV)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Add mentioned privileges;
2. run LDAP jobs: In the Scheduled Processes page > submit the jobs "Send Pending LDAP Requests", "Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes" and "Import User and Role Application Security Data";
3. display using deep links did not work;
Specifically, the View Details button and the View History Menu under Actions are not displayed on the PO screen.
