Saved Customization Returns Incorrect Report Results In OAC (Doc ID 2987958.1)

A user saved customization on a specific dashboard page with specific values for a few prompts.

The user lands the dashboard and runs for the default prompt values based on the saved customization:

When the user modifies the prompts the first time, expected report results are returned.
When the user edits the prompt again with different filter values and hits apply, the expected results show up. But when the user hits apply again with the prompt values untouched, the report did not returns expected results.

Only this user has issue, other users follow the same steps with that same saved customization and no issue.

This issue happens for that user in both Chrome and MS Edge, even after clearing the cache.
