Symptoms

Configured Succession Plan Readiness Categories in the Global Parameters page (Login as admin -> Console -> Reporting Configuration)
When creating a new workbook using  HCM-Succession Management subject area, found facts for "Ready in 0 to 1 Years", "Ready in 1 to 2 Years", and "Ready in 2 to 3 Years", but NOT for "Ready in More than 3 years” and “Not Ready” parameters.
