Unifier Notification "The system could not process your request" When Running The UDR Report With Excel Format (Doc ID 2988323.1)

Symptoms

User Defined Reports throwing Unifier Notification when running the report with Excel format.

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into user environment.
  2. Navigate to the Shell > Reports > User-Defined.
  3. Select the report.
  4. Set report format to Excel.
  5. Run the report.
  6. Notice the Unifier Notification alert will pop up.
