Tiles under Personal Information page are not appearing for specific users.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tiles should appear as the user has the correct access.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Specific User logs in and accesses the below navigation:
Me -> Personal Information
2. No tiles show for the user.
