Fusion Global HR: Line Manager Delegation Is Not Working

Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
User has delegated the custom Line Manager role to a different user but the proxy is not able to view the direct reports or positions of the delegator. The business title switcher also doesn't appear on My Team page.
Navigation steps:
1) Login as proxy
2) Navigate to My Team>My Team
3) Business title switcher doesn't appear.
4) Direct reports of positions of proxy are also not visible.
