23D Unable To Submit Intercompany Batches Through Single Batch Sheet when IC Org contains special characters (Doc ID 2988830.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Journals and Intercompany

Unable to submit intercompany batches through single batch spreadsheet after 23D upgrade

ERROR
-----------------------

Error Message - ORA-20001: Legal entity doesn't exist in the target database. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.APP_EXCEPTION", line 61 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.GL_GLOBAL", line 193 ORA-06512: at line 1

You must select or enter a valid provider (FUN-720266)

Note: Loading Intercompany Transactions using Multiple batch sheet or creating them through UI works just fine when using intercompany organizations with special characters.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create intercompany batches using Single Batch Sheet using an IC Org Provider or Receiver with special characters like AGIS-ORG15, Inc.
2.Submit the batch
