Attachment Count Is Zero In Business Process Records Table Though Attachments Exist (Doc ID 2988921.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A report was created to bring the Business Process (BP) record 'Attachment<uuu_attachment_count>', or attch_cnt, data. However, though the BP records contain Attachments, the report is returning "0".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The report should return the number of Attachments found in the BP record as seen through the UI.
