When attempting to add a bank account for an employee in Personal Payment Methods page, below error occurs.

The Parameter passed to the API was incorrect or missing .
Warning (IBY-825900 ).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Show More > Payroll > Personal Payment Methods > Create a new bank account.
2. Search for the employee and add the bank account.
3. Error occurs.
