Goal
Supplier adapter manager logs are not getting updated since few days so none of the suppliers are getting published from Oracle Fusion to Oracle Retail. It appears that the supplier service is in hang mode.
When you check the Supplier.log, last entries where processing got stuck are as below which indicates that it is trying to get a row level lock on RFI_TIMER_CONTROL table but cannot:
