Clicking 'Order Release Ship Unit' Hyperlink on OTM Throwing Undefined Error (Doc ID 2989616.1)

Symptoms

In OTM 'Order Release Ship Unit' screen, when user clicks on the Back Hyperlink on Top Left corner to go back to finder result screen, system throws error "An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again later"

When collected Web/Exception log it was verified as Null Pointer Exception error.
