Symptoms
If a work order has the first count point operation as a supplier operation, the user is not able to reduce the work order quantity after releasing the work order.
Prior to 23D, the users were able to reduce the work order quantity by an amount less than or equal to the In Process quantity in such a supplier operation.
This will not result in any data corruption, but an inconvenience of not being able to reduce the work order quantity for a work order with supplier operation as its first count point operation.
