Goal

Customer is looking to connect to his JDE application, located on premise, and they do not want to expose any service to internet. One possibility is to export the application and install it on premise (i.e. https://blogs.oracle.com/vbcs/post/running-visual-builder-apps-on-other-servers-and-on-premises)

However, during the build phase is it possible develop without establishing the connection to on premise JDE application?
