BPM Action Button Disappears When Number Of Tasks Per Fetch Is Greater Than Eighty

Symptoms
Starting with release 23C , there is unexpected behavior in BPM Worklist. When selecting a line after setting “Number of tasks per fetch” to 80 or higher, the action button does not show. The issue only reproduces in Google Chrome. In Firefox it works fine.
Users expect the action button to show when highlighting multiple rows in the worklist.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 23c
2. Fetch 80+ tasks in the BPM Worklist.
3. Highlight multiple items to dismiss and notice the Actions drop down button disappears.
