Activity Facts # of Activities is null in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence

We would like to delete 22,545 contact records from our CRM solution.

I have identified the 22,545 contacts via Workspace
1. Contact Status = Inactive
2. Number of Completed Activities =0

I am trying to re-create the workspace list in an OTBI report in-order to obtain the Contact Row ID so i can use Import Management for the mass purge.

The report I have created in OTBI unfortunately does not work, “No Results - The specified criteria didn't result in any data”

Are you aware if OTBI is able to provide this kind of report or am I doing it incorrectly?
