Product Group and Product Group Scheduler web service limit description tag to 25 char length
When creating a product group or a product group scheduler using the soap web services the web service returns an error if the description have more that 25 chars length.
Using the EICS interface we have a 100 chars length limit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a product group payload or a create a product group scheduler payload in ProductGroupService or ProductGroupScheduleService
2. Put a description freater that 25 char in description
3. Web service response with error code: MAX_FIELD_LEGHT_ERROR_25
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a description for a product group larger than 25 characters via webservice but this can be done via the UI.
