Unable to effectively perform a cycle count
Point of differences between this count vs previously tested.
- Child limit increased to 20,000
- Multiple scanners scanning the same child
- Volume of SKUs to be counted
- 2 product groups being counted at the same time
Upon taking the snapshot, the user would select the child to be counted, the system would load for a few seconds, but the action wouldn’t complete. They tried closing the application and logging in again but still got the same result. When clicking the back button a few times, eventually we were taken to the Child Count Item List and proceeded with the scanning of the items.
