On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to run the Master Employment diagnostic for all employees in 23D the following error occurs.
ERROR

The Person Number can not be blank. Please provide a vaild Person Number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Setup and Maintenance - Run Diagnostic Test - Search for search for Employment Diagnostic Master - Leave Person Number parameter blank
2. See message: The Person Number can not be blank. Please provide a vaild Person Number
