Symptoms

Problem Statement
On Procurement Financial Orchestration flow, supply chain financial orchestration flow events failed with the following message

Error
The transfer price couldn't be calculated, and no price was returned by the pricing process.(FOS-3465307)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup and Maintenance > Financial Orchestration Flow > Set Transfer Pricing Rule as Pricing Strategy.
  2. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Units of Measure for Interclass Conversion and Define Interclass conversion between UOM:A and UOM:B.
  3. Create Item with UOM:A.
  4. In Pricing Stragety, define item price with UOM:A. ( Item price cannot be defined for UOM:B)
  5. Create a purchase order with UOM:B. (No error here)
  6. Receipt a purchase order.
  7. In Monitor Supply Chain Financial Orchestration Flow UI, search by purchase order number.
  8. Event is in error with above message.
