Symptoms

•  The error You can't create this checklist because you don't have the required access. (PER-1532839) is received when attempting to duplicate a checklist.

Steps to generate the error:
a. My Client Groups > Quick Actions - Show More
b. In the Employment section, select Checklist Templates
c. Search for the template you would like to duplicate
d. In the Actions drop down, select Duplicate
e. Receive error

•  The checklist template in question has Enable Data Security enabled under the Security tab with specific security roles enabled under the Journey Template Operations section.
•  The user who is attempting to duplicate the checklist template is assigned to one of the roles enabled under the Security tab.
