Not Able to Select AI Apps - Identity Cloud Service Administrator Console


We are trying to enable "Service Request Similarity" functionality:

1. Navigate to the Identity Cloud Service Administrator Console and select Oracle Cloud Services.
2. From the list of services, select AI Apps.
