ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Wrong month in product group scheduler with yearly frequency through the web service.

If a product group scheduler is created through web service using a yearly frequency the EICS presents always the month-1 used in the web service payload.

Example:
Create a yearly scheduler or a product group using MAY in the payload webserice will be presented with the value APRIL in EICS UI.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create a product group and the product group components of type UNIT
2- Create a payload in the ProductGroupScheduleService to create a yearly schedule for the product group
3- Use MAY in the month_of_year element
4- In EICS the product group scheduler will present APRIL
