Symptoms
In Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), All the databases in Database Management Fleet Summary are reported Unknown.
--> The Monitoring User looks good.
--> The Agent is Up & Running.
--> Databases are Up & Running.
--> Click on "Check connection status" from connector page fails.
From /opt/oracle/mgmt_agent/agent_inst/log/mgmt_agent.log file:
