REIM_EDI_INJECTOR_JOB Is Loading Duplicate Invoices

Symptoms
On : 22.1 version, Document Creation
You observe that upon reloading the same invoice twice it got loaded in REIM with the exact same EXT_DOC_ID and DOC DATE
even though IM_SYSTEM_OPTION.INCL_DOC_DATE_FOR_DUPL_CHECK is set
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an invoice using EDI
2. Invoice uploaded successfully in REIM
3. Re-upload the same invoice using EDI
4. Invoice again got successfully uploaded in REIM.
5. Issue: Duplicate records exists in the system.
