Symptoms
On : NA version, Adapter - Oracle ERP Cloud
Callback events are not reaching OIC and on Fusion it fails with error.

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "https://<OIC>.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com:443/ic/ws/integration/v1/flows/erp/<Integration Name>/1.0/" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 403 Forbidden from url https://<OIC>.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ic/ws/integration/v1/flows/erp/<Integration Name>/1.0/}
