Symptoms

The proxy service page 'https://instancename.oraclecloud.com/documents/integrations/proxy'
in the OCM instance 'https://instancename.oraclecloud.com' inside the cloud account 'cloudaccountname' is not working correctly.
The page continues to load with a blank/empty page.
