Mobile Approvals Fail When Users Respond With iso-8859-8-i Encoded Characters In Email (Doc ID 2991085.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve a quote via email using iso-8859-8-i encoded characters in the response, Mobile approvals stop functioning and the following errors can be seen in the bm.log


[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.mail.AbstractServerMailReceiver.receiveEmail(AbstractServerMailReceiver.java:81) - Caught exception processing email approvals
java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: iso-8859-8-i

 [ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.commerce.approvals.CmBsEmailApprovalServiceImpl$GetEmailCallable.call(CmBsEmailApprovalServiceImpl.java:760) - BusinessLogicException thrown while trying to read emails. This is most likely an issue from not properly setting up the BigMachines.properties.
com.bm.xchange.db.BusinessLogicException: Unable to process email.
