Symptoms

Error when running Project Costing Activate Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set Assignments

The report message is "The sources used in the accounting rules aren't readable. Enable the FND: Log Enabled profile option, reactivate the journal entry rule set assignments, and review the log for more information".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Mantainace
2. Search Manage Accounting Methods: Project Costing
3. Activate Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set Assignments for Project Costing
