Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
User observed that T4A transmitter name is missing.
Upon checking the configuration for " Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information" where T4A Interface rules related configuration is missing.
User tried to add the configuration for T4A but the TRU ( transmitter name ) was missing from the LOV.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Edit Legal Report unit page
2. Try to add T4A Interface Rules but Transmitter name doesn't come in the LOV.
