ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Redwood Help Desk Mass Update "Assigned To" does not work

Using custom roles, Mass Update "Assigned To" does not work, UI updated but the records selected did not populate resource.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected Assign To to populate the selected resource

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Complete steps to enable Mass Update
2. Navigate to Help Desk>Help Desk Requests>All Open HR Help Desk Requests
3. Select SRs to modify
4. click Update
5. Select Assigned To from list
6. Observe list of resources is not displayed
