GET call on an hcmRestApi endpoint, ex: {host}/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers, has Status=200 OK but there is no data in the response

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
GET call on an hcmRestApi endpoint, ex: {host}/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers, that has Status=200 OK should provide data in the response
