Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
Termination workflow fails with error about representative not being found. Same termination works fine in lower environment that was cloned from production pod.
Other workflows using AOR are also failing with same error.
The common point in the transactions is that they have an AOR used in the approval flows.

Check target SOA component for cause.
