The Autocomplete Rules option does not show in the Sandbox.

Expect the Autocomplete Rules option to show in the Sandbox.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sandbox > ‘Autocomplete Rules’ does not show
