"Final And Post To Ledger" Option Is Not Working For Subledger Spreadsheet Load (Doc ID 2993268.1)

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is trying to Create Subledger Journals in spreadsheet with Completion Status: Final and Post to Ledger but after Submit the entries remain in status Final and the GL transfer and posting are not done automatically once the submit is clicked.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer is expecting that when the Completion Status is set to 'Final and Post to Ledger' the GL transfer and posting is done automatically and triggered when Submit button is pressed.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Subledger Journals in Spreadsheet
set:
*Completion Status Final and Post to Ledger

add the necessary details and click on submit

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post Subledger Journals in spreadsheet and transfer/post to GL in the same time
